This year brought submissions that made our entire team pause and admire the incredible talent within this community. We want to thank each person who took time to design, refine, and share their work with us. Your creativity turned this competition into something special!

Our judging panel reviewed every entry and, after much deliberation, landed on twelve semifinalists for the 2025 competition. These Revit submissions will move forward to the final round, where the judges will select winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, and Honorable Mention. Every semifinalist will also get the chance to have their Revit family featured on BIMsmith Market for the public to download.

Congratulations to everyone who made it this far, and best of luck in the final round!

I want that wall paper. Everyone did a marvelous job. There is a different concept used in each Family. The shelf is the most practical as is. The globe is the best for static presentation. The theory behind the elf would make for an interactive presentation of a house or apartment building. One could let the client turn off roof or move things around by the shift knobs or click switches.

I am in absolute awe of the talent displayed here. That being said, the Cuckoo Clock touches my heart from childhood and is the hands down winner for me. Way to go everyone!
